Awesome Alfredo Penne Pasta

Great as a side dish or as a nice plain lunch or dinner.

I love making pasta and this is my take on Alfredo pasta. It’s nothing fancy and It’s a great beginner level pasta and is super tasty.

Fast to make, but full of goodness!

Garlicky, cheesy, creamy, buttery, all the good things that describe an Alfredo pasta. You can use any pasta but for today’s dish I used penne.

REICPE

Makes 2 Medium Serves

Add water into a pot large enough for the pasta. Add a teaspoon of oil and a pinch of salt. When the water boils add your penne and cook per pasta instructions, roughly 10 minutes. While the pasta cooks prepare the other ingredients.

Cut the end of the garlic, then crush it with a knife. Peel it. Dice it up and set aside.

Dice the onion in small dices. Don't chop the parsley just break it off the stem to the leaves. Measure the cream and butter. Set everything aside.
