Chef’s Bacon and Egg Roll
You will love my version of the Bacon and Egg Roll. Perfect for the person who wants a hearty breakfast with little hassle!
Like a hearty breakfast? Try this Bacon and Egg Roll. Cook the bacon and eggs whatever you like. I like my eggs a little runny and my bacon just turning brown with a little crisp on the edges, but not deep-fried level crispy. Another favourite for me is Turkish bread, since they are a bit harder and crispier, so that the ingredients won’t make the bread soggy.
A hearty breakfast to wake up those sleepy taste buds.
Don't forget to use Chefs Bestest BBQ Sauce for the perfect taste, but it's OK to use store bought BBQ Sauce.
RECIPE
Makes 1 Serve
Preparation & Cooking Time: Roughly 20 Minutes
Turkish Roll/Bun or Bread, Cut into a Roll/Bun Size Portion
2 Rashes of Bacon
2 Eggs
50 Grams Butter for Cooking
Spreadable Cheese

Melt butter in a pan on medium heat. After that, place in the bacon rashes.
Meanwhile, cut the bread in half and toast it.
Once the bacon is nearly cooked, put the eggs in.
Butter the toasted bread. Put your cheese spread on one slice and BBQ sauce on another.
When the whites are just cooked, flip the eggs over. Fry them for about 30s, until the yolks are only slightly runny.
Add the eggs on the bottom roll/bun. Add the bacon on the eggs.
Round it off with your top roll/bun. Enjoy!
