Gimmi a Grinder Sub Sandwich Chef Style

So, this is the new "trend" sandwich but chef style.

This may be a new trend, but it's an old sandwich. At subway it's called a b.m.t. When I make them at home, I have salad and a lettuce slaw but when I order it from subway i just get salad, lettuce and honey mustard dressing.

The ultimate sub sandwich!

Try it with chefs Slaw instead of the traditional grinder slaw I use fresh capsicum (bell peppers) instead of pickled (fermented) ones as I find it adds a fresher flavour and crispy texture. I also use different ingredients for the slaw dressing. Try fresh jalapeños for an extra spicy kick. You can use your favourite deli meats instead of the meats I use.
