My Master Stock Gravy

Gravy from scratch? Simpler than you think.

This is a basic gravy recipe. Done right will taste just as good as a instant gravy mix. For a browner gravy cook the roux until its brown. Roux is a thickener used for sauces consisting of flour and butter.

Make your own gravy!

I use My Master Stock but using any stock is ok. This goes great on any meat dishes or dishes you would put gravy on. Believe it or not My Master Stock Gravy only takes roughly 10 minutes.

RECIPE

Makes 2-4 Serves

Cooking & Preparation Time: Roughly 10 Minutes

1 Tablespoon Flour

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Cup Stock or My Master Stock. Recipe Here:

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Melt your butter on medium-low heat. Add the flour and whisk continuously in a figure 8 until your desired brownness. Add your stock, either all at once or in batches and mix through.

Let it simmer, stirring occasionally until thick. Enjoy
