In a food processor, add the prawns, salt, cornflour, sesame oil, egg white and white pepper. Blend until it becomes a paste. Cut the crusts off your bread.

Add some prawn mixture on the bread. Spread it evenly out. Add sesame seeds evenly over a plate or dish. Place the bread prawn mixture side down and coat with the sesame seeds.

Cut the bread in half, making triangle shapes. Once all the bread is done, set aside. You can wrap them in cling wrap and freeze them for later.

In a fry pan or deep fryer, heat the oil. Once the oil is heated, place the prawn toast bread side down first and cook for a few minutes, until golden brown. Once the bread side is golden brown, cook the sesame seeds side for a few minutes until golden brown. Set on a paper towel to dry. Repeat the process, cooking in batches. Plate up with some soy sauce. Enjoy!
