Secret Rissole Sandwich

Great use for left over rissoles.

I always make sure I have left over rissoles for lunch the next day when I make Chef’s Remarkable Rissoles.

A Simple and Tasty sandwich

You can use any cheese you prefer. I prefer sliced processed cheese. You can also use any rissoles you like, but please try Chef’s Remarkable Rissoles.

RECIPE

Makes 1 Serve

Preparation & Cooking Time: Roughly 5 Minutes

2 Slices Bread

1 Handful Sliced Iceberg Lettuce, or any other lettuce

1 Slice Processed Cheese

Sandwich Pickles

Margarine or Butter

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Toast your bread on both sides to your liking. Butter your toast.

Add a handful of lettuce. Break up your rissole and spread it over the lettuce. Add cheese on top of the rissole.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper on the cheese. Spread the pickles on the other slice of bread. Assemble and enjoy!
