Sexy Sriracha Chicken Wrap

Healthy and very easy to make! Oh, did I mention yummy too?

You can use plain chicken, cooked however you like it, or chicken schnitzel. Both taste great.

Makes a great lunch, even a light dinner.

You can use any wrap you prefer. This time, I used a lime and chili wrap. I enjoy this meal for lunch, but you can also eat it as a light dinner.

Makes 1 Serve

Preparation & Cooking Time: Roughly 20 Minutes

1 Chicken Breast, Thigh or Schnitzel, Sliced

1 Handful of Lettuce, Sliced or Shredded

1 Spring Onion (Shallot, Scallion, Green Onion), Sliced

5 Slices Tomato, Sliced

5 Slices Cucumber, Sliced

1/4 Avocado, Sliced

1 Mushroom, Sliced

1/4 Capsicum (Bell Pepper), Sliced

1 Handful of Grated Cheese

1 Pinch of Salt

1 Pinch of Pepper

Aioli to Taste

Sriracha to Taste

DIRECTIONS

You can use any type of wrap you like. I like using large wraps of this brand. Lime and chili are my favourite. The tanginess contrasts beautifully with the juicy, succulent chicken.

Cook the chicken. Slice it. Slice the vegetables. Place the wrap on a plate.

Add lettuce near the centre of the wrap. Add the avocado slices. Spread them out slightly. Add cucumbers and spread the slices out.

Add and spread out the mushrooms opposite to your avocados. Add the tomatoes on top, spreading them out. Add the chicken on top.

Add spring onion (shallot, scallion, green onion) on top of the mushrooms. Add the diced capsicum (bell pepper) on top. Add the cheese on top of the shallots.

Add aioli and sriracha to taste. Fold and tuck in the middle, squishing it in so it's tight. Then, fold the sides and roll it over, keeping it tight. It should look like this.

For easier eating and a fancier presentation, cut it diagonally in the middle. Enjoy!
