Eggcellent Bacon and Egg English Muffin
Chefs guarantee this is better them a McMuffin.
Believe it or not the English muffin was invented in USA by a British expat Samuel Bath. They have a different texture than toast and make great breakfast sandwiches especially with bacon and eggs.
Simple and fast to whip up.
You can use BBQ sauce but give it a try with hollandaise sauce. Use any cheese you prefer but I like the taste and texture processed cheese slices have.

DIRECTIONS
Slice the bacon in half. Slice the muffin in half. Set the bacon and muffin aside. I use a egg ring for my egg to get a good formation but its O.K to fry it normally.
Add the cheese, egg and bacon.
Make the hollandaise sauce. Set Aside. Melt the butter on medium heat so the butter does not burn. Add the bacon and cook one side. Turn the bacon over. Add the egg. Depending on how you like your bacon and eggs cooked time may vary.
Toast the muffin. Cook the bacon and egg to your preferred liking. Butter the muffin.
Add as much hollandaise sauce as you like. Put top of the muffin on. Enjoy!
